District Superintendent-Wesleyan Church
Currently I am serving as the District Superintendent of the North Carolina District of The Wesleyan Church. I love coming alongside other leaders and helping to build a better future and watching others reach their goals toward greater success.
I owned and operated my first start-up business, Tim Jones Contracting at the age of 19. Those early days of business management in the 80's has given me confidence and courage to lead in an entire different world.
I have always enjoyed serving in leadership positions and have served as a Lead Pastor for over 30 years and have served in district leadership in my denomination for 19 years focusing on the area of leadership development, management and revitalization. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed equipping and assisting leaders to become stronger in their roles. I believe in the power of coaching/mentoring relationships.
Public Speaking
Another great passion of mine is that of public speaking. I have been a keynote speaker in 32 events internationally and several hundred around the USA. I feel equipped to focus on building healthy relationships, management and team building. I believe that we all have so much to learn from each other. The business world and non-profit corporations of today need to equip leaders today for a better tomorrow. I would love to come alongside you, your team of leaders and your company.
